This is a Kitten Request Form. It is instrumental in helping us get to know each other better while making sure we are placing our kittens in a home that is suitable for their needs. Once you have found a Kitten or Cat your interested in please fill out the following information and read the Terms of Agreement and then click on the I agree button. Once your application has been accepted we will email or call you to let you know. You can then go back to the Kitten page and pay a nonrefundable deposit of $100 to hold the kitten of your choice.

Your new pet must be kept indoors
No declawing
Your Cat or Kitten will be spayed or neutered unless agreed for breeding purposes
Your new Cat or Kitten will be up to date on all it's shots, care, worming with health guarantee and should be kept in good health by you.
Your new pet should receive veterinary care promptly when needed
All our Cats are eating Iams regular and our Kittens are eating Iams Kitten and should remain on this food when they come to your home. If you want to change to another brand once they have settled in you can slowly mix in the premium cat food of your choice with Iams for two weeks prior to the switch.
They need regular toenail trimming and you can wipe down or even bathe your cat once in a while for good hygiene.
Although Devons shed less than most cats they still have the dander that can cause allergies and are not Hypo Allergenic.
Cats and kittens need to play and sharpen their claws. They will need something for scratching and toys to play with so they don't scratch up your things.
